Somehow, we've made our way through alot of beds with our babies, from a moses basket, to swinging crib to cot, from co-sleeper to baby hammock, and the bassinet has been one of the most innovative products for promoting baby sleep we've tried thus far. The stand is sturdy yet gently bounces along with your baby's movements, therefore encouraging self-soothing, it also features a huge storage basket, super handy for storing nappies/wipes and other baby essentials (super handy in the middle of the night when you're desperately feeling around with bleary eyes).

The hood doubles as a mobile whilst in the 'up' position and the bassinet itself is really easy to remove from the stand (two buttons on the handles where you naturally rest your hands). But our absolutely favourite thing about the breathable nest? The soothing centre! We regularly switch between using our bassinet or our co-sleeper with Jesse but the one thing we use every single night is our soothing centre; it includes a dim light for night-time feeds, nature sounds or comforting music for white noise and our favourite, a vibrate setting. I regularly nurse Jesse to sleep so have always risked not being able to put him down awake but thanks to our soothing centre, I'm able to pop him down drowsy & awake and 90% of the time, he will be instantly comforted and go straight back off to sleep, we love it!
