What I Got For Christmas 2015; My Favourite Picks!
I was extremely lucky this year to be spoiled by my close family & friends and there are a few gifts I wanted to share with you, as at least one of them I actually included in my 10 Gifts for the Blogger in Your Life post before Christmas! A huge thank you to everyone who made our Christmas so special, and not just with gifts, but with their presence. I have a small family but each one of them means the world to me.
FUJIFILM INSTAX MINI 8 A completely unexpected surprise from one of my closest friends in the world, Cadi. I was in total shock when I opened it as this camera is one I've wanted for so long (hence why I'd included it in my gift post before), though Cadi told me after that she actually bought me it before I'd even published the post and she was worried someone else would get me the same thing! She knows me better than anyone, and considering we've never met, that's pretty amazing. Thankyou Cadi! xo
IPHONE 6S PLUS IN ROSE GOLD Just when I thought I couldn't be more surprised, my parents pulled this one out of the bag (or hid it in a box full of stuffing and slipper socks). I haven't had a new phone in a long time and my iPhone 5C was certainly starting to age ungracefully, so I'd been talking about upgrading for a while but wasn't sure about the high-cost contracts. I was beyond overwhelmed with this wonderful gift as it means I can have a beautiful phone (and since I started blogging, my phone has become something I use regularly!) and not have to pay through-the-roof prices. Amazing thanks to my lovely parents for doing this for me. xo
AUKEY LENS KIT This one was a bit of a gift to myself! Knowing I had a new phone, I wanted to maximise the use of the camera so I wouldn't have to carry my Canon everywhere with me. I came across these Aukey lens' on Amazon and they're great! The fisheye is incredible fun to play with and the macro improves the camera's zoom function immensely - really chuffed with them!
I'm completely grateful for every gift I received but these are just a small pick of the one's I haven't stopped using since Christmas. I'll also be putting together a small collection of some of A's favourite Christmas/Birthday gifts over the next week. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! Happy 2016!
