The Happy Mail Gift Packages

Recently, I stumbled across an awesomely adorable website, The Happy Mail, whose job it is to simply bring us happiness with their boxes of joy and I couldn't stop myself ordering one (no self-control) - the only problem I had was deciding which one as there are so many wonderful options to choose from. I finally chose one of the 'junk mail' boxes as they can be posted through your letterbox and they're one of the smaller boxes (couldn't be too greedy considering it was only for me, and maybe a little for A).

I'd been in contact with The Happy Mail via Twitter expressing my interest in their boxes and was met with a lovely response, then I received an e-mail once I'd ordered from Tina who was really helpful and let me know that she'd send out my package ASAP so I was super excited to receive it a couple of days later. My designer-brain took over as I opened up the box and I fell in love with all of the tiny details they'd added such as the cute card and the confetti & pink tissue paper packaging - I almost didn't want to ruin the wrapping!

Each bar of chocolate is really impressive and well-made, from the simple sprinkles to the cookies & cream, each one is immaculately presented and such a treat. I also got a nice surprise when biting into the white chocolate bars as they're actually chocolate-coated pink wafers (my fave), such a lovely touch.

Not only are these great if you want to treat yourself, but they make amazing, unique gifts. I ordered this Easter box for one of my best friends and she absolutely loved it! The Easter 'Bunny Bait' Junk Mail is similar to the 'Feel The Love' Junk Mail, so can easily be posted through someone's letterbox (no worrying about whether they're going to be in or not), and my friend received hers just as fast as I got mine.

'Don't mind

Gift Box

They do a number of different boxes, all for different occasions, and some for no occasion at all (except spoiling yourself) which brings me to the 'Don't mind if I do?' Box, one of the larger in their collection. Not only do you get some yummy chocolate slabs, but also marshmallow pops, rose garden teabags, a gorgeous vintage teaspoon and a beautiful A5 notebook - such a good gift idea for someone!

A's sticky fingers stopping Mummy taking pictures for this review!

Our Happy Mail has been a huge hit with all of us including A (as you can see above), his 9 year old Brother, Fin, and Mr J and I, of course. We almost didn't want to dig in as they look so good (I'm the kind of person that can't bring myself to write in a notebook that's too cute), but once we did, we couldn't stop - these are also the perfect size bars for dipping in tea, too!
