Is it even a British Summer without a rainbow? | Frugi AW17

It's been a Summer of barbecues and first birthdays; of cake & burnt sausages; of tears & tantrums (that'll be me); of difficult days and of sunshine and there's nothing more fitting of the British Summertime than a beautiful rainbow. Besides the fact it wouldn't really feel like Summer at all if we couldn't don our raincoats and wellies, it takes rain and sunshine to create those colourful arcs and it couldn't be more of a metaphor for our everyday life.

Have a runaway child? Me too. So chuffed that this beautiful raincoat a) is bright enough for me to spot him easily and b) has handy reflectors on the sleeves just to make a) even easier!
Sometimes we stay home all day and find fun in hide'n'seek, toy cars & books. Some days the rain threatens to keep us inside but the mild weather and muddy puddles draw us out. Some days are difficult and fraught with tears, some days are almost a breeze that don't finish with the disappearance of a whole tub of ice-cream.

Team Frugi indulged our rainy Summer and allowed Archie to pounce those muddy puddles in style, as the rainbow he really is, bringing me so much joy & sunshine (along with some occasional worries and rain) and he's never looked quite so himself before; in beautiful bright clothes that equal his wild personality.
We'll take the rain, Summer, if it means we get the rainbows too.
We were sent this gorgeous Frugi outfit in exchange for a multitude of muddy boots and damp bottoms (just kidding). We were asked to share our Summer rainy day activities and our love for a brand and team we've wanted to work with for ages.
