Happy Friday! I was pleasantly surprised by the weather today and Archie & I had a really busy, but awesome (it's our word of the) day. We attended our first Jo Jingles baby group and it was great! I've always wanted to attend a baby/toddler class, but the time has never seemed right (how does anyone manage it with a tiny baby!?). Now A is 15 months old and things are much easier (we can now leave the house in record time and I don't have to worry about packing bottles/baby food!), we finally got around to it.

I almost didn't go as the class overlaps with nap-time (and we all know that naps are sacred!), but luckily A ended up falling asleep an hour before the group and had an afternoon nap to make up for the loss of his usual midday nap; I figure it doesn't hurt to change his routine if he really enjoys attending and doesn't get overtired, so I've decided we'll make the effort to attend regularly. A loved it and it wasn't long before he was running around, batting the other children (nicely) with his toys and generally causing havoc.

I've stocked up on rompers and short dungarees recently due to the (completely unexpected) gorgeous weather and I don't think there's anything more comfortable for toddlers in Summer than a nice, breezy all-in-one! These Jersey Boat Appliqué Dungarees by Next are truly beautiful and as they only go up to 12-18 months, A only just fits them. He seems to be slowly growing out of all of the adorable baby clothes, it's enough to make a Momma broody!

This afternoon, A and I went out to the field by our house and made daisy chains (poor boy, that's what happens when you're left with Mummy!). He was fascinated by all of the flowers and kept picking them and handing them to me. I love A's 'A is for Awesome' t-shirt by M&Co - it was a beautiful gift from a very close friend and I've been waiting for so long for it to fit him and it finally does! I was also really excited to receive his H&M jeggings as I saw them in another #weekendbabystyle post (can't remember who!) and I just managed to get a pair in A's size before they sold out, though I don't think they'll fit his big bum for too long.
