Fashion Friday; An 'It's Sunny!' Edition // 013
Today has been a gorgeous day spent at the park having picnic's in the beautiful weather. Though this morning, we rushed out to get A some Summer clothes (as he had nothing, how unprepared!) and it started to pour down with rain on our return, typical! Luckily, it cleared up quickly and the afternoon was the complete opposite. We've had a lovely day with Nanny & Grandad and I got the chance to take lots of awesome pics of A in some of his Spring clothes.
A's been getting so big recently, I can see a little boy now instead of a baby and he's enjoying himself so much. He's chattering away, saying words, talking with noises and getting his point across in any way he can (tantrums included). He loves the park and ice-cream and walking/running but gets distracted by exploring every tiny little thing, even twigs fascinate him, the joy of being a toddler!
A's Batman t-shirt is one of my favourite purchases, I love what's written on it plus we love superheroes! His shorts really are gorgeous and were part of a pack of 2, the other pair are the same speckled material, but with a stripy blue pattern. I love A's sandals, they fit great, with wiggle room, and are the first pair of Summer shoes we've bought for him; I've been searching for a pair of jellies as well (we had some Next ones last year that were great!), but am yet to find any in his size.
We bought A's sunglasses a while ago because he's obsessed with Mr J and I's and is constantly grabbing them and trying to wear them but he still won't wear these for an extended period of time. I'm hoping as he gets older they won't bother him so much and they should come in handy for our holiday in a few months time. They're also really, flippin', cool.
I bought this Teepee romper a while ago now because I fell in love with it; it also happened to come with this cute stripy hat and some long socks (of which I seem to have misplaced). I honestly didn't think he'd be wearing it out of the house so soon and it was the only short-wear we had around before today so he's been wearing it alot this week. It's a bonus that he looks like an adorable elf with the hat on!
