Fashion Friday; Superhero Special // 012
Happy Easter! We've had a busy day today and due to terrible lighting indoors and terrible weather outside, I haven't been able to get too many good shots, but I've managed a few of A wearing one of my favourite purchases of all time! A's been slowly transitioning from two naps to one over the past couple of months and we're truly missing his morning nap - A now wants a sleep around 11:30am - 1:30pm so we've been out & about in the mornings and we're starting Jo Jingles in a couple of weeks, exciting!
If you follow me on Instagram, you might've caught a shot of a couple of superhero-themed purchases and this week I'll be featuring a couple of them - we had a mini-H&M haul and they have some really unique toddler-wear that I love. I've also splurged on a few basics and baby jeggings online for the Summer, so they're gradually becoming one of my favourite places to shop for Archie. I'm sad that he's pretty much outgrown the baby section (*sobs*), but finding these few items made me feel much better about it!
Nanny also treated A to these kickass Batman-themed socks, which are great and fit him perfectly (I always struggle to find socks the right size); they come in a pack of 5, and each design is fun, colourful and vibrant. Generally, shopping for socks isn't much fun but every time I'm in H&M, I find myself gazing over the cool kid's designs and wanting to buy them (and I can't say that I want to buy socks very often, even for A!).
These jersey leggings and black slip-on shoes are also from H&M and have been featured in the past, they seem to come up again & again because they're some of our favourite basics, of which H&M are great for. I adore baby leggings, they look great and appear to be more comfortable than jeans, plus they're always on a 3 for 2 offer so you can get plenty of them at a bargain price. In fact, these particular leggings, A has had 3 different times in various sizes.
Besides that, we had some fun at the park with Nanny & Grandad and A's now taken to crying his eyes out when we have to leave, the terrible two's are nearly upon us! This weekend, we'll be heading to Stratford-Upon-Avon for a nice day out, maybe we'll come across some more of the beautiful cardigans I featured in a previous Fashion Friday post - Fashion Friday #10: Better Late Than Never.
What are you up to over the Easter weekend? Will you be spending it at home with your family or going out to celebrate?
