Fashion Friday; Modern Retro // 011

We've had another poorly week this week, but this time it's Mummy whose been passed the hand of germs. Thankfully, Archie is feeling much better so seeing him running about causing havoc again is making me feel better myself (along with downing glasses of vitamin C and plenty of chocolate). This week's featured outfit is one I fell in love with instantly - I came across this sleepsuit in the newborn section of Mothercare, so I can only think that Little Bird are now doing a newborn range (the sizes go up to 12 months). I was devastated (I've only been buying A 12-18 and 18-24 months) but the 9-12 fits him with wiggle room, so I was delighted to be able to buy it!

"No more pictures please, Mother!"
For some reason, I can't find them online anywhere, so it appears as if they might be part of a brand new range (they also had some gorgeous red dungarees and yellow sleepsuits similar to the one above, but for little ladies). Every time I fall in love with a piece in their range, they bring out something even more spectacular - definitely one of my favourite brands at the moment (as you can probably tell by the way they're in almost every #fashionfriday post!).
I spoke about Archie's Infant Flex Fleece Pant's in a previous post - Fashion Saturday-But-Should-Be-Friday #10: Better Late Than Never - and mentioned the matching Infant Flex Fleece Zip Hoodie I got him and here it is. It's so soft & fleecy and warm and comfortable; since we received it, he's worn it more than any of his multitude of other jackets. A's stripy top is also one of my favourites (I adore grandad-style tops on him) and it feels such good quality for the price; the leggings, we've pretty much had in every size, because they're awesome and look great with everything.

I featured Attipas shoes in a previous post - Fashion Friday #9: Baby Style ft. a Special Guest - but thought I'd mention them again as they really are great and A has a new pair in the grey sneaker style. I put A in a pair of hard-soled shoes recently and he instantly fell over and hated their clunkiness - he's far too used to the bendy flexible soles of his Attipas shoes now, I'm dreading him growing out of them! They're so comfy on him and much easier to slip on than average shoes (a huge plus when you have a wriggly toddler!), he now runs everywhere instead of walks thinking he's Superman.

@Catriona Aw, they're cute aren't they? I always debate getting A an Eeyore or Tigger one and wonder if he'd be as attached as he is to Winnie. We have two now just in case he loses one, we'd be in trouble then!
